CHUCK WAGON CANVAS

Wagon sheets, Cook fly's, and Marquee's, are made and priced in Sunforger 10 & 12 oz. Army Duck. Everything on this page is designed to look like it was made 100 years ago, with brass O and D-rings, or canvas loops. I still use nylon and polyester webbing, but everything synthetic is wrapped in canvas. I like to use grommets for pole placements, but D-rings for guying off to. If you're opposed to brass grommets, then leather grommets can be used at an additional charge. Reinforced ridge and center pole reinforcement is also extra.

Wagon Sheets

Are priced in two sizes, if you want to get it exact I have no problem giving you exactly what you want if it comes close to the sizes I offer. Sunbrella Wagon Sheets are Acrylic. This fiber is incredible in the sun. It is not authentic but for ornament wagons left out year round it really lasts.

Cook Awning

This tarp measures 3' X 3' were it ties to the rear bows; it then extends 12' out and finishes 9' wide. You will need a couple of poles to suspend this great little canopy over your precious cook. Keep it tied to the bows when you pack up and it covers the chuck box while wandering down the trail.

Cook Flys

Are priced in finished sizes, and have pole positioning on all four sides along the edge of the canvas. I like to sew D-Rings to the edge and then put a grommet just to the inside of that. On the corners I use O-Rings and put the grommet in the center of it. The O-Ring allows two guy lines here.  If that is too modern for you I will simply sew canvas wrapped nylon loops to the edge. For a little extra I will reinforce the entire ridge line. One, two, or three reinforced pole placement can be put on the interior of the fly. This would amount to a O-Ring sewn to a reinforced patch of the canvas and a grommet placed in the center of the O-Ring.

Cook Fly Walls

Are priced for two (long) sides only. On these sides, ties, snap hooks, or a perimeter line can be installed as well as a valance for an added price. These items enable walls to be attached.

Chuck Wagon Marquee Tents

A low-rise tent that is designed to go over your chuck wagon, even using the chuck bows to support part of the tent. Unlike Cook Flys, the Marquee has gable ends sewn to either short side. This allows you to have four complete walls. A perimeter cord is sewn, as well as a valance, for attaching walls and keeping you dry.
